• Details you give us: name, mobile and WhatsApp number, email, area or emirate, property type, a description of the problem, your preferred day and time window, and any photos you send.
• Online booking form: the service, day, time window, emirate, area, property type, your name, mobile number and any note you type. The form opens a WhatsApp message addressed to us, and a copy is saved to our private booking sheet (Google Sheets) so the request is not lost if the message is never sent.
• Conversations: the messages, calls and emails you exchange with us.
• Job records: services carried out, technician notes, invoices and warranty records.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type and the pages you visit, collected by our hosting provider in standard server logs.

The instant estimate runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you select is sent anywhere until you press “Send this estimate” or contact us. This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. We do store one thing in your browser: your language choice (English or Arabic) in your browser’s local storage, so the site opens in the same language next time. You can clear it at any time in your browser settings.

We do not sell your personal data. We share only what is needed with: WhatsApp (Meta), when you contact us or we reply on WhatsApp; our website hosting provider, which processes standard technical logs; our email provider; the technician assigned to your job; our accountant or auditor, for invoicing and tax; and authorities, where the law requires it.

Some of our service providers process data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we take reasonable steps to make sure your data receives protection consistent with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection.

• Enquiries that do not become jobs: up to 24 months
• Job, invoice and warranty records: as long as UAE tax and commercial law requires (typically five years)
• Marketing preferences: until you opt out

After that period we delete or anonymise the data.

You can ask us to: show you what we hold about you; correct anything that is wrong; delete data we no longer need; restrict or object to certain uses; and withdraw consent you gave earlier. Email hello@lazimfix.com and we will respond within 30 days. We may ask you to verify your identity first.

Access to customer data is limited to the staff and technicians who need it. We use HTTPS, access controls and regular review of our records. No system can be perfectly secure, but we take these steps seriously — and if a breach ever affects you, we will tell you.

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data about children under 18. If you believe a child’s data has reached us, contact us and we will delete it.

We only send offers or service reminders if you have asked for them. Every message explains how to stop, and you can opt out at any time.

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page applies from the date shown at the top.
