Before you book

Are your technicians vetted?
Yes. Every technician is employed by us, ID-verified and trained before they enter a customer’s home. Work is carried out to UAE standards, and we are happy to share our trade licence details on request.
Do you charge for a visit or a quote?
Quotes over WhatsApp (with photos) are free. A site inspection for larger work is free if you go ahead with the job; otherwise a small call-out fee applies, and we tell you the amount before we send anyone.
How fast can someone come?
Emergencies (leaks, total AC failure, power loss) are prioritised and we aim to reach you the same day, usually within a few hours. Standard bookings are often same-day or next-morning, and you can choose a 2-hour arrival window.
What does the warranty cover?
Our workmanship is warranted for 12 months — if the same fault returns, the re-visit and labour are free. Manufactured parts carry their own supplier warranty, which we document on your invoice.
How do I pay?
Cash, card on the spot, bank transfer or a secure payment link sent by WhatsApp. Monthly plans are billed by card. All invoices include VAT and are issued electronically.
Do you work with buildings and property managers?
Yes — this is a core part of what we do. We deliver PPM schedules, SLA-backed response times, a named account contact, monthly maintenance reports and compliance documentation for towers, offices and retail units.
