What happens on the visit
The same four steps on every job, in the order they happen.
We look first, then we talk.
The technician tests the unit where it stands — gas pressure, current draw, filter and coil, then the drain line — and tells you in plain words what he found.
One price, in writing, before any work.
You get a single figure, not a range. If the fault turns out to be something else, we stop and re-quote — we never carry on and surprise you at the end.
The part, in front of you.
Capacitor, valve, breaker or fan motor: you see the part — still in its box — and its price before it is fitted. Say no and it goes back in the van.
We run it with you, and leave the paper.
The unit is tested in front of you at the temperature you actually use, the invoice is handed over, and the workmanship is covered for 12 months in writing.

This is the shape of the invoice — the labels, not the amounts. The figure on the day is the figure we quoted you before the visit.
