Plumber in Dubai — leaks, drains & water heaters

Leak detection, blocked drains, water heaters, pumps and bathroom refits. One visit, a fixed price, and we leave the place dry and clean.

What's included

  • Leak detection in walls, ceilings and under sinks
  • Drain unblocking by machine or high-pressure jet
  • Water heater repair and replacement
  • Pump, pressure and tank problems
  • Taps, mixers, showers and concealed cisterns
  • Bathroom and kitchen refits

Signs you should call a plumber

If two or three of these sound familiar, book a visit — small faults get expensive fast.

  • A damp patch or bubbling paint on a wall
  • The water meter keeps spinning with taps closed
  • Sinks that drain slowly or gurgle
  • Low water pressure in the shower
  • Rusty, cold or noisy water heater
  • Banging or humming pipes

How the price works

How the price works: send a photo of the leak, the heater or the bathroom and you get one written price before we set out — a callout that includes the first hour of work. If the job turns out bigger than the photo showed, we stop, tell you, and you approve a new figure before we carry on.

What happens on the visit

A mixer tap being fitted on a bathroom vanity.
A mixer tap being fitted on a bathroom vanity.

The same four steps on every job, in the order they happen.

  1. We find the leak before we quote.

The technician traces the source — joint, trap, mixer, riser or heater — with the water on, and shows you the wet point instead of describing it.

  2. One price, in writing, before any work.

You get a single figure, not a range. If more of the line is damaged than it looked, we stop and re-quote before opening anything else.

  3. The part, in front of you.

Mixer, valve, trap or heater element: you see the part — still in its box — and its price before it is fitted. Say no and it goes back in the van.

  4. Tested, dry, and the paper left behind.

We run the tap, flush the line and check the floor is dry before we leave — then hand you the invoice with 12 months on the workmanship.

What the invoice looks like

This is the shape of the invoice — the labels, not the amounts. The figure on the day is the figure we quoted you before the visit.

  • Visit & diagnosiscredited against the job
  • Partsmixer, valve, trap or heater — priced before fitting
  • Labourthe amount quoted, unchanged
  • Warranty12 months on the workmanship

Nothing is added to this list after the visit without your yes. If the work turns out to be different, the list changes first — and you see it before we carry on.

Common questions

Can you find a leak without breaking the wall?
Usually yes. We start with pressure testing and moisture readings, then open only where necessary — and we quote that before touching anything.
Do you supply the water heater?
Yes, with the supplier's warranty — or we install one you already bought. Old unit removal and disposal can be added to the same visit.
Do you work on Fridays and holidays?
Emergency plumbing runs every day, including Fridays and public holidays. Standard bookings are Saturday to Thursday, 8am–8pm.
