Electrician in Dubai — safe, careful, documented

Sockets, lighting, DB boards, tripping breakers and fault-finding for homes, villas and small offices. Every job tested before we leave.

What's included

  • Fault-finding for tripping breakers and dead circuits
  • Socket, switch and dimmer replacement
  • Lighting installation — LED, spots, chandeliers
  • DB board repair, tidy-up and labelling
  • ELCB / RCD testing with a written record
  • Wiring for new appliances and AC units

Signs you need an electrician

If two or three of these sound familiar, book a visit — small faults get expensive fast.

  • The breaker trips when an appliance runs
  • A burning smell or a warm socket
  • Flickering or dimming lights
  • Buzzing from the distribution board
  • A small shock from a tap or appliance
  • Extension cords used as permanent wiring

How the price works

How the price works: a socket, a switch, a light point — send a photo and you get one written price that already includes the visit. Fault-finding with instruments is quoted as the visit plus the part, and you receive the diagnosis in writing before anything is bought or fitted.

What happens on the visit

Testing a wall socket with a multimeter before any material is quoted.
Testing a wall socket with a multimeter before any material is quoted.

The same four steps on every job, in the order they happen.

  1. We test, we don't guess.

The technician checks the circuit at the board and at the point — continuity, load, earth — and tells you which side of the wall the fault is on.

  2. One price, in writing, before any work.

You get a single figure, not a range — including the cable run if there is one. Extra points are quoted before they are added.

  3. The material, in front of you.

Socket, breaker, switch or cable: you see what is going on the wall, its rating and its price, before the power is isolated.

  4. Power on, tested, and the paper left behind.

We switch the circuit back on and test every point with you, label what we added in the board, and leave the invoice with 12 months on the workmanship.

What the invoice looks like

This is the shape of the invoice — the labels, not the amounts. The figure on the day is the figure we quoted you before the visit.

  • Visit & diagnosiscredited against the job
  • Materialsocket, breaker, switch, cable run — priced before fitting
  • Labourthe amount quoted, unchanged
  • Warranty12 months on the workmanship

Nothing is added to this list after the visit without your yes. If the work turns out to be different, the list changes first — and you see it before we carry on.

Common questions

Do you provide a test certificate?
For ELCB/RCD tests we give you a written record of the readings. If your landlord, building management or DEWA asks for a specific form, tell us and we will advise what is needed.
Can you hang a heavy chandelier?
Yes. We check the ceiling fixing first and bring the right anchors; heavy fittings are usually a two-person job, which we quote upfront.
Can I supply my own fittings?
You can. Our workmanship warranty still applies, though the part itself carries only its own manufacturer warranty.
