Most days, if you message before noon. Tell us the building and flat number when you book — access rules differ from tower to tower, and a booking that respects reception does not get sent away.
Do you work on district-cooled fan-coil units?
Yes. We service, repair and clean the unit inside the flat, plus its drain and controls. The district cooling charges from the building or provider stay with them — we do not touch those, and we will tell you when a problem is theirs and not yours.
Why is there no price on this page?
Because two flats in the same tower can need different work, and a fake number online becomes a real argument on the doorstep. You get one written price for your job, before any tools come out.
