One figure for the whole list, not a range and not a per-item guess. If an item cannot be done safely, it is taken off and the price comes down.

Hinges, brackets, anchors, shelf pins: you see the hardware and its price before it goes in, and you keep what is left over.
Walked through with you, and the paper.
Every item on the list is checked together at the end — door closes, shelf holds, TV sits level — then the invoice with 12 months on the workmanship.
